![]() ![]() So it makes sense that plenty of video game fans were excited when a trailer was shown for The Elder Scrolls VI, the successor to 2011’s wildly successful The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, a game which has been ported to more platforms than you can shake a stick at ( including Nintendo’s Switch console too). That video game series is, of course, The Elder Scrolls, which has been going strong since the original game hit shelves back in 1994. ![]() Despite the fact that there are currently two games set in The Elder Scrolls universe available for players to enjoy right now, The Elder Scrolls: Blades and The Elder Scrolls Online, it seems like many fans would rather make up elaborate ideas about The Elder Scrolls 6 and present them as leaked information, just to get the community excited. One of the biggest unveilings at this year’s E3 show was made by video game company Bethesda, which revealed that it was releasing another game in its much-loved role-playing fantasy series. This lack of concrete information hasn’t stopped fans of The Elder Scrolls franchise from coming up with their own theories, however. Apart from the company trademarking the name Redfall back in 2018, there hasn’t been much information on the subject released. ![]() Bethesda has been incredibly tight-lipped about the development of The Elder Scrolls 6 ever since its announcement, which in itself was incredibly sparse on details and consisting only of the game’s title being displayed over a landscape which could, theoretically, be almost anywhere in The Elder Scrolls universe. The latest alleged leaks regarding The Elder Scrolls 6 has been proven false, likely to the disappointment of many fans. ![]()
